Shipping
Your first order will ship within 7 business days of your first order. All renewal orders are shipped by the 15th of every month. Shipping times vary depending on location, but typically take between 2-5 business days within the USA.
If you are missing an item, you have 7 days after the order is marked delivered to report it. We will not cover missing items past this time. We will cover any package declared lost by the shipping carrier. Packages that are claimed lost or stolen after the carrier marks it delivered are not covered by our shipping policy.

Renewals
Renewals occur on the 2nd of the month (UTC time). It is your responsibility to cancel before then if you do not wish to renew. You can do this by logging into your account or simply by sending us an email. You will not be refunded if you cancel after your renewal order goes through, even if your order has not shipped. You will receive an email with an upcoming payment reminder before you renew.
